All orders placed before 1:00pm EST are sent the same day.
Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
We send orders with Australia Post.
You will be provided with Aus Post tracking number.
Standard Post: $8.95, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery to metropolitan areas, and up to 8 business days for delivery to regional areas within Australia.
Express Post: $11.95, please allow 1-2 business days.

Please note that Jodelicious Teas can’t be responsible for any customs fees, import duties or taxes incurred for international deliveries outside of Australia – these are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
If a parcel is undeliverable at destination due to refusal to pay import tax, incorrect address, multiple failed attempts, or otherwise, it will be returned to sender and order cancelled.
In the event of a redirection due to situations aforementioned, any additional shipping fees will be charged to the receiver.
We insure International orders as part of regular international shipping.
Please note this is a guide only, during busy sale periods processing may take a little longer but don't stress you'll be notified of any shipping delay by email.
If an item has been lost in transit, replacement items will be dispatched at our discretion. In some cases, recovery of insurance on these items can take up to 3 months. These are the Australia Post guidelines, so we ask for your patience if this occurred.
If parcel has been lost, a missing parcel lodgement has to be reported and Australia Post investigates it.

Return & Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
If anything you’ve ordered arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 business days, with your order number and a description or photo of the damage. We cannot accept any return items without contacting us first.
